Our team works closely with ABA clinicians and Occ

Our team works closely with ABA clinicians and Occupational Therapists to ensure that we provide the best possible support to our clients. Our speech team consists of dedicated clinicians who offer a range of services, including developmental evaluations, direct therapy, parent consultations, and social skills groups. Our Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) use various techniques to help children develop functional skills that promote independence. During therapy sessions, we use age-appropriate toys and evidence-based techniques that are carefully selected to promote higher-level development. Our goal is to make therapy fun and engaging for children while helping them achieve their developmental milestones.

Love 2 Learn provides therapeutic services for families and individuals. We focus on enriching the lives we serve to achieve lasting outcomes. At Love 2 Learn employees access services across multiple disciplines all under one company and so do our families!

We are currently hiring an Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) to provide direct services to infants and toddlers, up to the age of 5 who are either at risk of a developmental delay or have a diagnosis. Services are provided in the home, school, L2L clinic and/or community. The EIS will teach language, communication, social skills and work closely with Behavior Analysts, Speech Pathologists and Occupation Therapists to collaborate on the development of the learners and families they serve.

Responsibilities:
● Follow documented treatment plans or protocols developed by the BCBA.
● Collaborate to create and implement program for clients
● Provide 1:1 Direct Therapy in a multidisciplinary program (including ABA!)
● Opportunity for supervision.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
● Reliable, Relational and Committed To Excellence.
● Enjoys working with babies from birth to 3 years old.
● Passionate about teaching language and skills in a compassionate and naturalistic environment.
● Open to working with a multi-disciplinary team.
