Most journeys in ABA begin as a Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children and their families. This role is the heart of what we do—building connection, communication, independence, and joy through consistent, play-based support. You’ll receive hands-on training, close guidance, and the opportunity to make a real impact every single day.

What you’ll learn:

• How to support children with autism and developmental delays using evidence-based strategies 
• How to follow individualized treatment plans and collect meaningful data
• How to build trust with families and work as part of a collaborative care team

As your experience grows, you may be invited to train as an Early Intervention Specialist, an advanced clinical role at Love 2 Learn. This position allows you to deepen your understanding of ABA while gaining new skills in areas like:

• Developmental play therapy and naturalistic teaching

   

• Parent coaching and team collaboration

   

• Leadership, observation, and shaping treatment goals

   

This role is ideal for those who want more clinical responsibility and are preparing for their next career step.

For team members who are pursuing their BCBA certification, we offer a mid-tier position designed specifically to support you as you collect your supervised fieldwork hours. In this role, you’ll begin to:

• Practice clinical decision-making with guidance

   

• Shadow and support case supervision

   

• Collaborate on assessments and program development

   

Slowly transition into a leadership mindset

Once you complete your master’s degree and required fieldwork, you’ll be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam. As a BCBA at Love 2 Learn, you’ll:
