CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Position

We are seekin a full-time Clinical Supervisor who will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring ABA programs. This role will conduct assessments and provide support to Clinical Program Managers. The ideal candidate will support, mentor, and train Behavior Interventionists, Parent Consultants, and Associate Supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA or related field (Preferred) . Three (3) or more years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, or any similar combination of education and experience.

- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
- Eligible to sit for the BCBA exam and/or finishing BCBA supervision hours.
- Excellent verbal communication with staff and families.
- Proficient writing skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and mentor others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently create ABA programs and goals
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy
Conduct Parent Consultation when necessary
Supervise Behavior Interventionist and Parent Consultants
Write reports in a timely manner
Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, by utilizing Love 2 Learn assessment tools (ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, FBA’s, and DAY-C2)
Work and lead in a team environment
Demonstrates flexibility and possesses cultural awareness
High travel around the Orange County area to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.

TRAVEL
This position consists of field supervision. Frequent travel in assigned region to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.

HOURS
This is full-time position. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
