Executive and Clinical Leadership

Renee Keisman, MAT, BCBA
Founder & CEO
Read More
Renee founded Love 2 Learn in 2008 with the simple hope of supporting a few families in her community. Over time, that quiet beginning evolved into a dynamic, multidisciplinary practice that has touched the lives of thousands of children and families across Southern California through ABA, Early Intervention, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
Guided by a deep respect for each child’s unique rhythm and unfolding, Renee has shaped Love 2 Learn into more than a service provider—it’s a space where presence matters, where healing happens through relationship, and where growth is nurtured with intention. Under her leadership, Love 2 Learn has been recognized for both clinical excellence and workplace culture, including multiple Top Places to Work honors and a Staff Satisfaction Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, now called Jade.
Renee believes that meaningful care begins with listening—listening not just to behavior, but to the story beneath it. She supports her team in showing up with both skill and heart, creating experiences for families that feel rooted, attuned, and truly seen.
Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending meaningful time with her husband, daughter, and their two French bulldogs. She’s deeply connected to her extended family and close friends, cherishing the relationships that bring warmth, support, and joy to her life. Whether it’s a walk on the beach, moments of meditation, light movement, or simply gathering with loved ones, these everyday rhythms help her stay grounded, present, and inspired.
