What You’ll Do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support communication and developmental growth
• Provide play-based therapy in natural environments, including homes, community settings, and clinic-based services
• Coach caregivers to support communication throughout daily routines
• Collaborate closely with ABA, OT, and Early Intervention team members
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California Speech-Language Pathology License
• ASHA CCC
• Passion for working with young children and families

Preferred

• Early Intervention experience
• Experience with birth to five populations
• Vietnamese bilingual
• Experience providing parent coaching
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
