As a leading provider of Early Intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Southern California, we serve individuals from birth through adulthood—many of whom are at risk for developmental delays or have diagnoses such as autism or other developmental disabilities.

Our internship program is designed for college students and aspiring professionals who want to:

• Gain hands-on experience in ABA and Early Intervention
• Learn how to support children and families through behavior-based, play-based, and relational approaches
• Explore career paths in behavioral health, education, and human development
• Observe interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals in speech and occupational therapy
• Build professional skills in both clinical and administrative roles

To ensure a productive and compliant internship experience, applicants must:

• Complete a background check (Love 2 Learn reimburses the cost)
• Provide proof of a recent TB test
• Commit to a consistent schedule (e.g., Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM)
