EARLY INTERVENTION SPECIALIST
Position
Early Intervention Specialists provide direct services to infants and toddlers up to age 5 who are at risk of developmental delay or have a diagnosis. They teach language, communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and more, working closely with other professionals. Compassion, playfulness, and creativity are essential qualities for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree and/or other related developmental disabilities are preferred.
- Experience with the 0-3 year old population.
POSITION/ TYPE OF WORK
- Part time to Full time
- 20 hours minimum availability required
- Build up to 30+ hours
- Monday through Friday
- Typically 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Weekends optional
TRAVEL
- This position consists of being in the field.
- Frequent travel in the assigned region
- Client to client, client to office and office to client.
