We are seeking a PT/FT Clinical Supervisor who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring ABA programs. This role will provide support to Clinical Program Managers and Regional Directors. The ideal candidate will support, mentor, and train Behavior Interventionists, Parent Consultants, and Associate Supervisors.

Competencies:

• • Behavior Analysis
  • Natural Environment Teaching

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA or related field. Three (3) or more years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, or any similar combination of education and experience.

• • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent verbal communication with staff and families.
  • Proficient writing skills.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and mentor others.

Hours: This is a full-time position. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Travel: Frequent travel in assigned region to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.
