We provide Early Intervention, ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy for families and individuals, from birth through adulthood. The Behavior Analyst who will love this role and team is compassionate, playful, and creative. This role includes supervising, programming, training, caregiver collaboration, and communicating with families and fellow team members.

Clinical Program Manager (BCBA) | $85 + Benefits + Mentorship

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Program Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for children and families receiving services.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment programs
• Conducting assessments and developing treatment recommendations
• Providing supervision across home, school, community, and clinic settings
• Collaborating with caregivers, educators, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other interdisciplinary professionals
• Monitoring client progress through data-based decision-making
• Writing treatment plans, reports, and authorization renewals
• Supporting BCBA candidates through fieldwork supervision
• Maintaining high standards of ethical and clinical practice
• Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration

Qualifications

Required

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Background clearance
• TB clearance

Preferred

• Experience working with young children and families
• Experience with Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching
• Interest in mentorship and leadership development
• Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
