BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Position

Serving our Southern California community for over 16 years, Love 2 Learn is a clinician-owned, award-winning agency. We provide Early Intervention, ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy for families and individuals, from birth through adulthood. The Behavior Analyst who will love this role and team is compassionate, playful, and creative. This role includes supervising, programming, training, caregiver collaboration, and communicating with families and fellow team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Actively pursuing BCBA is
  welcome to apply.
• Master’s degree in psychology, ABA or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Understands HIPAA and performs duties following HIPAA regulations.

What to expect from this position? Our BCBAs:

• Be the main point of contact for all clients on their caseload, coordinating clinical and service delivery information between caregivers and funders.
• Travel to homes, schools, or community/daycare settings to provide supervision.
• Train and inspire the next generation of Behavior Analysts and work within a three-tiered service delivery model for medical insurance and early intervention.
• Design and maintain client programs, track progress by reviewing session data, adjust programs as needed, and ensure necessary materials are available.
• Collaborate with caregivers in the home and remotely. Conduct standardized assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Write progress reports, summarizing children’s progress toward treatment goals, suggesting new goals when necessary, and recommending appropriate service levels for contract renewals.
• Provide supervised fieldwork to BCBAs-in-training in line with BACB
  Experience Standards.
• Manage administrative time effectively, balancing clinical meetings, office
  visits, and administrative duties.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This role is a full-time, in-person position. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

TRAVEL
This position consists of field supervision in the Orange County area. Frequent travel in assigned regions to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.
