• • Provide 1:1 support to children with autism and developmental needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Build relationships rooted in play, presence, and patience—because learning begins with safety.
  • Help children develop communication, self-help, and social skills through evidence-based strategies.
  • Observe, take data, and share your insights with a supportive team of BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs.
  • Learn how to honor assent, encourage autonomy, and listen beyond words.
  • Grow your professional skills in a company that nurtures both hearts and minds.

• • A student or graduate in psychology, education, child development, social work, or MFT—or someone who believes in the power of behavior and connection.
  • Passionate about working with children and ready to make a difference, one interaction at a time.
  • A reflective, responsive teammate who’s open to feedback and loves to learn.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and eager to gain real-world experience in the ABA field.
